For the remainder of the 2026 term
The Tasmanian University Psychology Society (TUPS) is inviting Expressions of Interest from members who would like to join the TUPS Committee for the remainder of the year.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in student leadership, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and help shape the psychology student experience at UTAS — no prior committee experience required.
We welcome EOIs from psychology students who are:
Interested in student engagement, events, or advocacy
Keen to build leadership, teamwork, or organisational skills
Passionate about contributing to the psychology community
Looking to get involved at a level that suits their availability
You don’t need to be an expert or have held a committee role before — support and guidance will be provided.
Committee members may assist with:
Event planning and delivery (social, academic, and professional)
Student engagement and communications
Advocacy and representation of student concerns
Supporting the executive team with ongoing projects
Time commitment is flexible and will be discussed based on your capacity.
Roles may include General Committee positions or portfolio-based roles depending on interest and current needs. Specific responsibilities can be shaped around your strengths and interests.
